While performing dozer operations in a skid loader/grader, the employee was placing top soil dirt into a beach bulkhead. The skid loader/grader backed off the bulkhead and fell 3 feet to the ground. Broken glass from the rear window lacerated the back of his head and the safety (lap) bar caused bruising to his chest. |
