On February 12, 2020, at approximately 7:10 AM, an employee was preparing to load liquid feed into a truck. As the employee applied additional force to release a transfer hose cap that was stuck, the hose cap popped up and struck him on the right side of his face. The employee sustained a fractured orbital bone and fractured nasal bones as well as a laceration to the nose and an abrasion to the right side of the face.
