Two employees were using a scissor lift to spray-paint and back-roll an exterior wall. The scissor lift was extended to approximately 18 feet when it tipped over. Both employees on the lift fell to the ground with the lift. The lift was operating on asphalt at the time of the incident. The first employee suffered a broken left leg, broken right arm, and three fractured vertebrae. The second employee suffered a broken pelvis and a neck injury.
