On Wednesday, February 3, 2016, an employee was getting into the passenger's side of an aerial lift truck when he slipped on ice. He attempted to grab the side of the truck, and a ring on his left ring finger got caught on a bolt on the side of the aerial lift. His left ring finger was amputated. |
