An employee was standing near the edge of a loading dock, handing HEPA filters to another employee who was inside a dumpster. A 300-pound cart moved toward the employee. As he attempted to evade the cart, he lost balance and fell over the edge and into the dumpster, landing on the bottom about 4 or 5 feet below and suffering a broken sacrum. | |||||

On Tuesday, February 16, 2017, at approximately 12:30PM, an employee was in the process of washing out the salt spreader on the rear of a truck. The employee sustained fractures to his right arm and was hospitalized when his hand was caught in the moving spreader mechanism. |
