An employee was using an 8-foot, A-frame ladder while pulling wiring for a new security camera through the wall to the outdoor loading dock area. While stepping down the ladder, the ladder tipped away from the building and the employee tried to step down again to stabilize it. The ladder continued to fall and the employee fell onto a guardrail and struck the ground, resulting in fractures to the face and various bruises.

On May 8, 2020, an employee was moving a finished core from an unwinder machine with a crane and attempting to set the core onto the slabbing table. The table flipped and the core struck the employee in the right shin, resulting in a fracture.
