An employee was installing drywall from a 2-foot scaffold. There was a 5-by-5 foot opening adjacent to the scaffold. The scaffold was on an incline and rolled down the slope into the hole. Once the scaffold hit the hole, the employee flew from the scaffold and made contact with the concrete, breaking three ribs, bruising the right shoulder, and cutting the forehead. |
