While reducing the height of a load on an I-Beam/Rail Trailer and re-positioning it on the blocks, the employee checked under it before it was lowered via hydraulics. The rock truck shifted and rolled forward trapping him between the neck of the trailer and the front bumper of the truck. Another driver jumped into the rock truck and backed it off the employee. The employee was hospitalized with a crushed pelvis and other internal injuries. |
