As a container was being hooked up to the coupler of a spotter unit, the hook missed the coupler and the chassis of the container struck an employee who was sitting on the floor of the spotter unit. The employee sustained fractures to both tibias.

The employee was changing the forklift battery using a portable battery lift. The employee swung around and came in contact with another battery that fell onto his left foot, crushing it.

On November 30, 2015, an employee was adjusting the throttle cable on his work golf cart. The employee was pulling on the throttle cable and the cart started and moved backwards. He fell to the ground and abraded his left knee. He was seen by the company physician who dressed the wound and the employee returned to work. He was later admitted to the local hospital for treatment of an infection.
