An employee was welding a metal strap on both sides of a 20-foot long pipe. There was a welding machine on each side of the pipe. The pipes were placed on a conveyor which moved the pipes toward the pre-stress wiring machine. While the employee was walking between the pipes, a pipe rolled backward off the conveyor and caught the employee between the pipes. The employee sustained broken ribs and was hospitalized. | |||||
