| A FedEx employee backed a delivery truck into a driveway. Upon exiting the vehicle, she walked to the rear doors to retrieve a package. As she turned to walk around a car that was behind her, the car proceeded to unexpectedly back up, striking the truck first, then pinching and crushing her legs between the bumpers of the truck and car.
