A magnetic hoist was being used to lift a part from the sheet when the magnet momentarily lifted the metal conveyor belt from the frame of the conveyor. The employee's hand was resting on the conveyor frame, and when the conveyor belt separated from the magnet it fell onto the employee's hand, partially amputating a finger. | |||||
