An employee was performing emergency repairs on a roof when he noticed that the wind had blown a piece of insulation across the roof to the edge. As he went to retrieve the insulation, it caught the wind and he was pulled off of the roof, falling approximately 30 feet to the ground. He was hospitalized with fractures to his wrists, two broken fingers, and cracked disks in his spinal column.
