On August 31, 2016, at approximately 9:55am, an employee was injured after falling from a 6 foot fiberglass step ladder. Using a sawzall, the employee was cutting a 2 inch pipe, approximately 4-5 feet long, from a wall. While standing on the second rung from the bottom of the ladder, the pipe broke off and struck the employee across the back knocking him to the concrete floor below.
