On January 14, 2020, at approximately 2:35 p.m., an employee was reversing a stand-up lift truck while moving pallets from the rail dock to racks. A clamp truck operator at the rail dock stopped to yield the right-of-way to the employee, who attempted to stop and change directions. The lift truck then slid on condensation on the dock floor and impacted the clamp truck, resulting in the clamp striking the employee's left foot.
