On 1/13/2021 at 7:20 a.m., an employee was using a crane to set a concrete structure down onto lumber. As the employee reached underneath the concrete structure to adjust the lumber, a button on the crane was pressed, causing the concrete structure to come down and crush the employee's right hand.
