On June 30, 2020, an employee was fastening straps on an empty trailer. As the employee was tightening the winch, the strap came undone and he lost his balance. He fell into the trailer, struck his head on the edge, and then fell to the ground. He suffered a head injury that required stitches, as well as a torn esophagus.

The employee suffered a broken left leg and third degree burns to both hands.

It began rolling and her left hand was caught and crushed in the machine. She suffered bruising and a fracture to the middle finger, a cut to the end of the middle finger that needed stitches, and some bone chipping to the pinky finger.

An employee was helping to move rafters to build a cone on a tank. One of the rafters was hooked onto a tractor. When the employee went to pull the rafter, the joint of the rafter caught the rafter below it, which then slid and put the employee in a pinch point and the line of fire. As a result, the employee broke two bones above her left ankle (tibia and fibula) and three bones in her left foot.

During the process, he stepped backwards, lost his balance and fell backwards over the pipe as pressure remained on the hose.
