On February 8, 2021, an employee was adjusting the glass of a glass crate weighing 1,900 pounds when the glass fell out. The employee was pushed by the falling glass into the closed crate behind him, trapping him between the falling glass and the completed crate. The glass and the employee then slid to the floor. The employee sustained swelling and bruising to the abdomen, left leg, left knee, and left hand, with a possible meniscus tear in the left knee. The employee was hospitalized.

On January 19, 2018, an employee was deburring a metal part with an 18-inch disk sander when the sanding wheel grabbed the metal part and then contacted the employee's left thumb. The employee's left thumb tip was amputated.

On September 19, 2017, an employee was using an unguarded table saw to cut a board when the blade hit a knot in the board. The employee's left thumb and pointer finger were pulled into the blade resulting in a severe laceration requiring surgery.

On or about February 18, 2016, an employee was settling trusses while standing on the top plate of the building being constructed. Due to high winds, a 100-foot section of approximately 50 trusses fell and knocked the employee off the top plate. The employee fell 16 feet to the frozen dirt ground, suffering a broken wrist, shattered elbow, and head injury requiring stitches. The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
