An employee was driving an RC lift truck towards the drinking water fountain to get a drink of water. As he approached the water fountain, he did not brake in time, so he used his left foot to stop the RC lift truck. His foot got pinned between the RC lift truck and the bollard that surrounded the water fountain. He was hospitalized for surgery on his lacerated left foot.
