| An employee hooked an extension ladder onto a main overhead cable line and climbed up the ladder. His task was to replace a secondary cable going from the main cable over the sidewalk to a house. When he cut the old cable, which had tension in it, the cable swung, hit the ladder, and knocked the employee off the ladder to the sidewalk 18 feet below.
