This weekend, a tree service crane vehicle flipped onto the roof of a home in Shreveport Louisiana.

A firefighter who responded to a call Saturday morning saw that a crane had fallen into a house.

Assistant Fire Chief Mark Guastella speculated that after cutting a section of the tree off, it made the counter weight too heavy for the boom to handle, thus sending crashing into the home.

The family inside the house managed to escape uninjured and the driver also walked away from the crash with no injuries.

The crane required special heavy machines to dislodge it from the home due to it’s precarious position.
